7:30 p.m. Wednesday, December 2nd at SOVA Headquarters.
Founded in August 2008, Area 6’s Fundraising Committee (F.C.) has three goals:

Raising funds to support the annual budget
Generating sustainable income
Increasing income to allow growth

Young Athlete program added

Special Olympics Virginia is offering a Young Athlete training program for children, ages 2-7, with intellectual disabilities. The training site will be at Trinity United Methodist Church located at 903 Forest Ave. The program will start Thursday, September 24 and meet every Thursday from 3:30-4:30.
