Founded in August 2008, Area 6’s Fundraising Committee (F.C.) has three goals:
- Raising funds to support the annual budget
- Generating sustainable income
- Increasing income to allow growth
The committee meets monthly to accomplish our goals. Members of the F.C. are from all backgrounds. Some have been with Special Olympics for many years and some are brand new. All bring enthusiasm, energy, and new ideas to help develop and run our fundraising campaigns.
Everyone is welcome to join the committee. No fundraising experience is necessary!
